Our Team
The owners of VIP Technologies, Inc, purchased an existing small telecommunications interconnect company that had been successfully servicing businesses in Longview for 8 years. VIP Technologies, Inc. is a new company as of January 1, 2005, but its owners and staff are far from new to the telecommunications industry.
Sandra Carroll is the owner and President of the company. During her tenure with NEC, Sandra was the first woman manager of the NEC National Training Center. Steven Carroll is also co-owner and VP of Sales and Operations. Steven served with NEC for over 15 years. He was the first field service technician to achieve Technical Engineer 4 status and then promoted to Senior Sales Engineer.
Steve has designed and programmed telecom systems for prestigious companies such as:
- Fuji Bank, NJ
- Trump Plaza Hotel/Casino, Atlantic City, NJ
- Wall Street ...worldwide!!!
Steven, Sandi, and the technical staff bring 80+ years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry to East Texas!

Each Operational Team member is factory trained on various systems. We install and service voice products such as key and PBX telephone systems and voice mail systems. Additionally, VIP provides a variety of data networking products. They include IP telephony, IP switching and routing products, LAN/WAN switching routers, and a family of Enterprise and Wide Area ATM switching products.

VIP Technologies is now authorized to provide local and long distance service through AT&T. We are also authorized to sell T1, PRI-ISDN, and DSL-internet and networking services. The advantage to our customers is one single contact for all communication needs; in other words, ONE CALL TAKES CARE OF IT ALL!
Emergency Services: 2-3 Hour response time (takes priority over other service requests). Emergency Service is available 24/7/365.
Scheduled Normal Service: (2 week advanced notice): will be scheduled for specified day at customer request.
Unscheduled Normal Service: 1-3 business day response time for unscheduled service requests.
